Sonapve is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.

After placing an order on the website, the customer will receive an order confirmation email containing all details of the purchase.
2. Order Processing
Order processing typically takes 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be affected by stock availability, national holidays, and other factors. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
3. Order Delivery
Orders are shipped via an external logistics provider. Packages are delivered within 7–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to the shipping address provided at checkout. We offer two shipping options: standard shipping and free shipping. Our system automatically selects the optimal shipping method based on address, product size, weight, and other factors. If the shipping address includes a PO Box, our system will verify it. If the logistics provider cannot deliver to a PO Box, the order will be flagged as “abnormal,” and customer service will contact you to update the address or cancel the order.
The total delivery time is the sum of order processing and transit times. Therefore, you can expect delivery within 9–20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
